For years, I did everything “right”.
Climbed the ladder. Led high-stakes teams. Checked all the boxes.
I was high-achieving, emotionally attuned — but endlessly over-giving.
And underneath the polished surface, I felt… disconnected.
But under the polished surface, I felt disconnected.
From my joy.
From my body.
From the truth of who I really was.
Like many sensitive, driven women, I thought I had to choose:
